The Division of the Humanities and Social Sciences at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) invites applications for one or more tenure-track positions in economics at the assistant professor level, in the fields of applied microeconomics, econometrics, and finance. Applicants in other areas and exceptionally well-qualified applicants at more senior levels may also be considered.

We are seeking highly qualified candidates who are committed to a career in research and teaching. The appointment is contingent upon completion of the Ph.D.

Salaries for professorial faculty at Caltech fall in the range $125,000 to $400,000.
