KNI Prize Postdoctoral Fellowships in Nanoscience
This fellowship program has been established to offer scientists who have recently earned their PhD degree the opportunity to pursue new and innovative research at the frontiers of nanoscience and engineering. In this open competition, preference will be given to applicants who propose experimental research in interdisciplinary areas of nanoscience. In the process of applying and developing a research plan, it is strongly encouraged that applicants communicate with faculty at Caltech with whom they would be interested in working. This appointment is contingent upon completion of all of the requirements for a PhD degree.
Fellowships are to begin in Fall 2019 for a two-year duration. They carry an annual salary of $68,000 and come with a small discretionary research fund and up to $2,000 in relocation costs.

Three letters of reference and one letter of support from a Caltech faculty sponsor must also be included.
